Accumulator Tips for Cheltenham Festival

RSA Chase Betting Tip

Gordon Elliott will travel to Prestbury Park hoping he can mix it with the best trainers at Cheltenham and he has a great chance in the RSA Chase. He has numerous chances throughout the week, with stable star Don Cossack leading the line in the Gold Cup. However, his best chance of the week for me is NO MORE HEROES in the RSA Chase on Wednesday 16th March. He ran well over hurdles last year at the festival, but like many of the Gigginstown horses, he was always going to make a better chaser than hurdler and he is one of the best bets for day 2 of Cheltenham this year. His jumping is immaculate, and he has to be one of the Irish bankers of the week. Elliott will have him in tip top shape and is taken to score here to get our Cheltenham accumulator tip off to a winning start.

William Hill WILL NOT BE BEATEN on price at Cheltenham.

Champion Chase Betting Tip

Willie Mullins has a number of “hot-pots” for the week, Douvan looks the most nailed on bet of the Cheltenham Festival but are not betting propositions at their current prices. Another short priced favourite is UN DE SCEAUX who runs in the Champion Chase and he makes it into our Cheltenham Festival accumulator tip given then he is a decent price considering he is many peoples best bet of the week. Although he has hit the turf twice in his chasing career, he looks quite a cut above the opposition and the duo of Sprinter Sacre and Sire De Grugy are past their best. The odds are short but he is many people’s banker of the 2016 Cheltenham Festival so the front runner is worth siding with to follow up his Arkle Chase victory last year.

Foxhunter Chase Betting Tip

The Foxhunter Chase has been a happy hunting ground for Irish raiders over the years, and ON THE FRINGE looks to be a class above the opposition and can match Salsify’s effort of back to back victories in the race, and complete our Cheltenham Festival accumulator tip. Although On the Fringe didn’t impress on seasonal reappearance, one assumes that there is plenty of room for improvement and he has been really well backed for this race. He was mightily impressive last year and looks the one they have to beat on day 4 of the Cheltenham Festival. Leading amateur Nina Carberry will get the leg up providing she returns from a recent back injury, while Jamie Codd will most likely fill the boots if Nina is unavailable, which is by no mean a negative. Both are used to big race success at the Festival and can add to their tally.
