Barcelona to beat Ajax 4/7:

Barcelona travel to Amsterdam for this first fixture and should be good for three points. The Catalan side are yet to lose a match in all competitions this season and have won their last six games on the bounce. They take on an Ajax side currently 2^nd in Holland but they have won just one of their last seven Champions League matches. Barca should have too much for their Dutch opponents and should take all three points in this one.

Chelsea to beat Basel 5/6:

A victory for Chelsea will guarantee them a place in the next round and they will want revenge against a side who beat them 2-1 at the Bridge last time out. Chelsea have lost just one of their last thirteen matches in all competitions and have won five of their last six away from home. Basel are going strong at the top of the Swiss League but haven’t won a Champions League game since they overcame Chelsea. Chelsea are building up momentum now and easily beat West Ham 3-0 on Saturday and with qualification in reach, another win should be theirs.

Schalke to Beat Steaua Bucharest 21/20:

A win over Bucharest can put Schalke in to the next round if other results go their way. The German team beat Bucharest 3-0 last time these two met and they will be hoping for more of the same. They have lost just one of their last eight away from home and there is no shortage of talent in their squad. Bucharest are top of their domestic league but got beat 4-0 by Chelsea at home in this group and should offer little resistance to Schalke.
