Confederations Cup Final Preview and Betting Tips

Two of the biggest teams in international football go head to head in the final of the Confederations Cup, the samba boys of Brazil and the passing maestros of Spain.  To get to the final Spain beat Italy on pens 7-6 whilst Brazil beat Uruguay 2-1.  Spain where lucky in many ways as Italy created more clear cut chances and on another day if they had their scoring boots on they could of been 3-0 up by half-time, but Spain managed to see the game out and progressed via a penalty shoot out.  Brazil had Juilo Cesar to thank for a penalty save early on but despite going 1-0 up just before half-time, Cavani scored just after the break and it took a late goal from Paulinho for them to progress to the final.

This game is going to be tight and both teams are going to need to be at their best if they are to win.  At William Hill you will get 17/10 for a Brazil win, 19/10 for a Spain win and the draw is 19/10.  This just shows this game could go either way and there are a few things to keep in mind whilst making your mind up.  The tournament is being played in Brazil so they have massive advantage with the home crowd cheering them on and have had an extra day's rest.  Spain had to go all the way to penalties and looked really tired towards the end of the second half even before they went to extra time, but they are the World and European Champions for a reason and this game will will hold no fears for Vicente Del Bosque's side.

This could go either way but I really like the look of Brazil as they have impressed me more than Spain in this tournament, and for me 8/5 for Brazil to win in 90 minutes offers good value.  Neymar has so far been the man of the tournament and I fancy him to grab the opener which is best price 6-1.  With this game being tight I think one goal could win it and like the look of a 1-0 Brazil victory which is 8/1 with Betvictor.
