Hannover to beat Paderborn 11/8:
Hannover is the top pick in the Bundersliga on Saturday when they face newly promoted side, Paderborn away from home at the Benteler- Arena. Hannover are on fire so far this season and are producing a clear contrast when compared to last seasons performance. The red shirts currently sit in 3rd position holding an impressive five game unbeaten streak, and after beating ex giants, Hamburg last weekend, Hannover have now won four of their last five games. Paderborn though cannot be ignored too much as they are too, unbeaten this season. The new side entering the Bundersliga are holding firm, drawing two of their last three games, with their only victory arriving against Hamburg. With Hannover’s hungry appetite at the moment, Paderborn could be conceding against the red shirts.
Lorient to beat Reims 3/4:
Lorient welcome Reims to the Stade Yves Allainmat- Le Moustoir on Saturday evening and they will face a side that has only managed to gain three points from their last five games in a single victory, which arrived at home for Reims last footballing weekend against Toulouse. Lorient will be also facing a side that has failed to clear their lines on a frequent basis so far this season. Their only victory against Toulouse was their only clean sheet. Before that match up, Reims had conceded 12 goals. Lorient on the other hand are sitting in 8th position and after beating Monaco away from home in early August, the orange shirts from Brittany would’ve wanted to build on that. Inconsistency has been the zest running through Lorient, losing narrowly against Lille and Montpellier, failing to score past a struggling Nice side and then destroying Guingamp 4-0. Lorient do have the power in their locker and I sense they will revamp this form against Reims who seem destined for a struggling season.
Sporting Braga to beat Nacional 6/4:
Sporting Braga will travel to Madeira to end off Saturday’s action in the Portugal Premier League, facing a team that is struggling to find some grip this season. Nacional will be the hosts and they have only managed one win in four league games. The black and white stripes of the Portugal Premier League sit in 14th position, and they face a team ready to fight for a European place this season. Braga have always had strong ambitions for Europe, they currently sit in 6th position with seven points and after producing a shock defeat against Arouca last weekend, Braga will be eager to get back onto their feet.
Galatasaray to beat Balikesirspor 4/9:
Into the Turkish league for the first time this season, and expected title challengers, Galatasaray gain the vote when they face bottom of the league Balikesirspor on Saturday. Galatasaray have started strongly as expected and sit top of the league after two games, totalling four points. Their opponents are currently bottom, losing two from two and conceding four goals. Galatasaray boast a strong record against the team slumped at the foot of the Turkish top flight. In 2012, the red and golden shirts beat them 4-1 and in 2013 the result improved by a margin when Galatasaray became victorious after a 4-0 victory. The same pattern should follow on Saturday.
