AC Milan v Sampdoria – AC Milan to win 

AC Milan host Sampdoria in Serie A on Saturday evening and it should be a victory for the home side. They lost last week to a resurgent Juventus side, who have started to pick up results and find their form after an indifferent start. They've won two of their last three home games, with only a 0-0 draw with Atalanta preventing a maximum haul. Sampdoria are poor on the road, they haven't won yet away from home and lost their last match 1-0 at Udinese. They haven't picked up a victory for four matches and it's hard to see them taking three points here. They've only picked up two points and scored four goals away from home and I can't see them adding to that paltry total. 

 

Las Palmas v Deportivo – Both Teams to Score? No

One of a number of matches in La Liga tonight and Las Palmas are the hosts as Deportivo visit Gran Canaria for this one. The visitors usually bring a few goals, but failed to score away at Malaga recently. They did find the net against Levante, but they have the worst defence in the league. They also netted against Granada, who likewise aren't specialists in keeping teams out. Las Palmas have conceded just three of their 17 goals this season at home and are yet to have any match here in which both sides have netted. They kept a clean sheet against Real Sociedad last time here and had a goalless draw with Villareal. They have been keeping teams at bay and against a side who have only scored 4 goals in their last five games and just eight away all season, it could be another clean sheet

 

FC Twente v Willem II – Over 2.5 goals 

There are problems on and off the field for FC Twente, threatened with relegation from the Eredivisie due to financial irregularities and possibly due to poor form, it might be their last season at this level. Their star man Hakim Ziyech is a shining light in midfield and he will surely be snapped up when the transfer window opens. They have shipped 16 goals in their last four matches and ten in their last two home matches. One of those was to PSV though. Willem II also played the Champions last week and managed a 2-2 draw, which was a superb result and they were leading until 83 minutes. Both these sides concede for fun, 11 goals have gone past Willem II in the last five matches and we saw two sides who struggle at the back play out a 2-3 in the same league last night. 

 

Toulouse v Nice – Nice Draw No Bet

Nice are back in form and back amongst the goals after a midseason dip which saw them pick up just a point in 3 matches. They had two superb results when they beat Marseille 1-0 away from home and followed it up with a terrific 3-0 win at the Alliaz Riveria against Lyon. They have plenty of firepower and they may just be too much for an out of form Toulouse side who have conceded seven goals without reply in their last two matches. They were hopelessly outplayed by PSG and although Nice are nowhere near the class of the Champions, they are ruthless in the final third and often a pleasure to watch. The home side have not won in 13 matches and conceded in their last 14, they are in for a season of struggle and Nice shouldn't lose this one.
