Accumulator betting tip for the best of the racing from Ascot and York on Saturday.
Another each-way accumulator to get involved with on Saturday afternoon. Plenty of good quality racing on offer courtesy of the Channel 4 cameras at Ascot and York.
Not the easiest race to start with but if Osaila is sent off favourite as expected then we may well have a spot of value about Mark Johnston’s daughter of Dubawi – MURAAQABA (9/4 SkyBet). This filly hacked up on her debut at Newmarket and looked half decent in doing so. An easy three and a quarter length win in a good quality maiden bodes well for her future and, as I am told she has improved for the race, she should be difficult to keep out of the first three.
Although WINDHOEK (10/3 bet365) has yet to win at a higher level than Listed class, conditions (track, trip and ground) all suit him better than most of his rivals in this Group 2. Providing the race doesn’t turn in too great a tactical affair then he should put in another good performance.
If Telescope is as good as they say then he will prove difficult to beat, but this year’s Oaks winner TAGHROODA (11/4 William Hill) will be in receipt of plenty of weight from both her elders and the colts, and enters the fray unbeaten after three races. With more improvement likely, she could well claim this prize or at least finish in the placings.
2.05 – MURAAQABA (9/4 SkyBet)
2.55 – WINDHOEK (10/3 bet365)
3.50 – TAGHROODA (NAP) (11/4 William Hill)
