What a week we have in store to look forward to at Royal Ascot next week. The weather at the West London track has been immense the past week and race goers will be hoping the sunshine stays around for next week’s festivities.

Prince of Wales Stakes Tip – Wednesday 17th June 4.25pm.

The Group 1 Prince of Wales Stakes run over a mile and a quarter has attracted some talented sorts once again in 2015. Talented mare The Fugue won this last year for John Gosden who is represented this year by Eagle Top, and more likely danger to the rest of the field Western Hymn who will be partnered by recent Derby winning jockey in Frankie Dettori. He is a talented sort who is coming here on the back of two wins from two starts in this campaign.

However, preference is given to the 4 year old Mastercraftsman colt THE GREY GATSBY. Ryan Moore has been confirmed to take the ride on Kevin Ryan’s stable star which is an added bonus considering he has partnered him to success in The Dante, The French Derby and The Irish Champion Stakes when beating the classy colt Australia. He disappointed first time out this year when beaten favourite at the Curragh, although was only beaten two lengths. That should bring him on to where Ryan and Moore would want him to be.

Ascot Gold Cup Tip – Thursday 18th June 4.25pm

The Ascot Gold Cup is one of the most enjoyable events of the week with the marathon distance of 2m 4f attracting out and out stayers from the flat and some National Hunt trainers having a crack at a healthy prize pot.

Aidan O’Brien has won this no less than six times, but his runner in this year’s event Kingfisher looks to have it all to do. Dermot Weld is another man with a good record here and brings favourite Forgotten Rules. He has been impressive in his four wins to date, and has won at the course previously. You would be mad to ignore Mr Welds charge but at current prices he looks short and lack of experience could play against him.

One at a price that may go well is the Willie Mullins trained SIMENON, no doubt he was bought with Cheltenham in mind, not Ascot but he has been a revelation on the level, running a creditable fifth (promoted to fourth) in this race last year. At current odds of 20-1 he looks a likely contented to yet again run into a place for our next Royal Ascot 2015 betting tip, and if things were to go right he may well be a leading contented to take the spoils.

Coronation Stakes Tip – Friday 19th June 3.50pm

FOUND is a filly I really like and think will take all the beating in the Group 1 Coronation Stakes over 1m on Friday at Royal Ascot and is the three of our Royal Ascot best bets 2015. Aidan O’Brien is sure to have plenty of winners throughout the week and Found can be one of his bankers of the week. Although beaten favourite on her last two starts the sunshine on her back may bring out the best in the Galileo filly that is sure to have plenty of followers.

She is a big filly and with a bit more time on her side she may well have filled out enough to fulfil that potential she showed when making a winning debut at the Curragh and an impressive victory in a Group 1 at Longchamp at the back end of last year’s campaign.

She ran well in defeat last time out and can be given another chance to get her nose in front and although short in the betting she should take all the beating.
