A total of 13 line up for The Middle Park Stakes at Newmarket this Saturday in a 6 furlong race for two year old colts and we have got free horse racing betting tips for Saturday.

This is the first Group 1 race on the Rowley Mile course on Saturday afternoon.

Connections of Supplicant (9/1 William Hill) have made up their minds to pay the £15,000 required to supplement the colt for the race, after the Kyllachy colt’s recent Mill Reef Stakes win. Others supplemented for the race are the Olly Stevens trained Green Door, and Brown Sugar trained by Richard Hannon.

Great White Eagle (9/4 with William Hill) has dominated the betting since the final declarations, and has the right to do so after winning his only two starts with ease. The ‘O’Brien factor’ will have a lot to do with this too, with both father and son on fire. The colt however, is the least experienced in the field, with only the two starts under his belt.

Hot Streak (5/1 with Paddy Power) will be looking to get the better of Supplicant after finishing third in the Mill Reef Stakes. The Kevin Ryan trained colt won comfortably last week at Ascot, and Jamie Spencer certainly got a good tune out of the horse. Astaire (8/1 Bet Victor), the other Kevin Ryan trained horse in the race, surprised connections with his ability on soft ground in his last run at York in August and could be a good each way bet.

Richard Hughes has chosen to ride Shamshon, for father-in-law Richard Hannon. The Invincible Spirit colt will have to get the better of Supplicant this time, after finishing fifth in the Mill Reef Stakes in his last run.

Sudirman, a 9/2 shot with Paddy Power, is the highest rated horse in the race, according to the Racing Post, rated at 128. The youngster has already won the Railway and Phoenix Stakes at the Curragh before finishing second to Richard Hannon's Toormore in the National Stakes. David Wachman decided on tackling the six-furlong Group 1 with the colt, rather than run over further in the Dewhurst.

Supplicant, a winner of his last three races has to be in with a shout. The Cheveley Park Stud owned juvenile has the convincing credentials for a wager. 8/1 with Paddy Power in my eyes is a good price for the colt, and I can’t see the price been that big on the day. Ryan Moore has a good strike rate with the owners, which gives even more reason to fancy the colt.
