AZ will seek for European football again as they lie in 7^th, but they will need to find some form when NEC Nijmegan arrive on Sunday at the AFAS Stadion. AZ Alkmaar are without a win in their last three league games. Last weekend only a 2-2 draw could separate them from league strugglers, Roda JC. NEC Nijmegan will be their next challenger, a team that hasn’t seen victory in their last seven outigns. Nijmegan are slowing falling towards the second tier of Dutch football as they currently sit in a relegation play off position in 17^th position. Away from as well hasn’t been giving them much fortune as only one win has arrived in their last eight attempts. AZ will have to take advantage of this, if they wish to travel further up the Eredivisie.
