Rubin Kazan will kick things off at 17:00 in Group D against league strugglers NK Maribor. If Rubin Kazan win tonight in Russia, they will top Group D with twelve points and send NK Maribor back home to Slovenia, out of the Europa League. Domestically Rubin Kazan, who play in the Russian Premier League, have been struggling compared to their European form. Rubin Kazan currently sit in 12^th position, and are finding it difficult to gain some victories and some form together, they have failed to win in their last four games. However, into Group D, the Russian side haven’t lost yet, and when they did travel to Slovenia to challenge NK Maribor, Rubin came out with three points and a comfortable 5-2 victory.

Fiorentina to beat Pacos De Ferreria 11/20

The Portuguese Pacos will host Fiorentina at the Estádio da Capital do Móvel in hope of holding back an Italian siege, who will be charging into the match, with the aim of gaining top spot in Group E instead of FC Dnipro. FC Pacos will no longer feature, as they are slumped in 4^th position in the table, only gaining one point in Europa so far. When these teams clashed last time out in Tuscany, the Portugal side got soundly beaten 3-0. Fiorentina will also look favourites in this one, with Pacos’s form deteriorating in their domestic Portugal Premier Liga.

FC DNIPRO to beat PANDURII TARGU-JIU 1/3:

Group E has also witnessed FC Dnipro progress to the next round of the Europa League, but the Ukranians will look for another win tonight against eliminated Pandurii, to pile on the pressure on Fiorentina. When these teams met last time out, Dnipro came out with a 1-0 result, scoring the winner in the 38^th minute. Dnipro have only lost once so far in the Europa League, against Group rivals, Fiorentina. The Ukraine side have also cranked up the points tally, in the Ukraine Premier League showing fine form and currently unbeaten in their last five games. Pandurii on the other hand will come into this match, playing for pride, and similar to Pacos, they will try and halt celebrations in Dnipro. A tough task for the Romanian’s against the in form team, FC Dnipro.

Dynamo Kiev to beat Genk 11/8:

Its first v second in Group G from 19:00 and both teams will have their eye on topping the group table. In the opening game of the group, Genk took all three points in Ukraine. However, this time out, Kiev may travel into the game on higher confidence.  Their last European game was a success, thumping the Swiss outfit, FC Thun 3-0 at home, and currently in the Ukraine Premier League, Kiev are on a three game win streak, putting them in 5^th only two points off 2^nd. Their Belgium opponents may also be eyeing up 2^nd position in the Pro League, but Genk have failed to gain three points in their last five games. A group match that should see goals and a tight affair, but one for the Ukrainians to take.

Red Bull Salzburg to beat Elsfborg 8/13:

Group C has already seen the Red Bull side, Salzburg seal qualification last time out, beating Standard Liege, 3-1 away from home.  Salzburg have been one of the main teams this year in the Europa League, showing great form, winning their last four European games. They sit in 1st position and travel to Sweden in hope of clinching maximum points in the Group.  Last time these two teams met, Salzburg started their Group adventure full of energy, crushing the Swedish team 4-0. Elsfborg on the other hand are doing the opposite, the Swedish team have only gained one point so far, similar to Standard Liege who lie beneath them in 4^th position. Elsfborg have also found it difficult to transfer some sort of form domestically, they have only managed one win in four games, placing them in 6^th position. Tonight in Sweden at the Borås Arena Salzburg should continue their Europa League normal business.
