Both Teams to Score Betting Tip

BASEL V CHELSEA 4/5

Both of teams have scored a bundle of goals in four of their last five games. Most recent for Chelsea, was a crunching away win against London neighbours West Ham. Chelsea will be looking to score goals in this one. Last time these teams met, Basel shocked the Champions League group and gained a vital victory winning 2-1 at Stamford Bridge. Basel look confident in the Swiss Super League in first position and they will be trying to peg back a Chelsea team that will most certainly want revenge and a dominant performance.

STEAU BUCHARESTI V SCHALKE 4/5

The other Group E match will witness two teams that have shown inconsistency. However, both of these teams have shown the power to score. The Romanians battled back with Basel twice gaining draws both Home and Away. Schalke on the other hand, have been showing a shake up of form. Four of the last five games, the team from the Ruhr have scored, most recently against Frankfurt, in a 3-3 draw.

BRENTFORD V PETERBOROUGH 7/10:

Both teams this season are battling it out to gain promotion to the Championship. Brentford narrowly missed out last season on the final day, and Peterborough will want to return in a quick flash after dropping down to League One last season. At the moment, Brentford sit one point below Peterborough in 4th position. Wolves are a long drift away in 2nd position, but three points will be vital for either team for a chance to creep up on the ex premiership team. The bees have proven to be strongest in their last five games, unbeaten and winning four of them. Most recently was a 0-0 draw against promotion candidates, Wolves. Peterborough have been shaken in their last two games, losing against Walsall away and then at home against Stevenage, without scoring a goal. Surely now, its time to start scoring if they have woken up to the League One alarm. A match that will certainly provide a tight encounter, but I’m sure both teams will be relishing a win.

COVENTRY V ROTHERHAM 8/13

Coventry are making a miracle this season, at the start of the season they had a points deduction, but since the first whistle they have shown a valiant response, even though they don’t have an official home ground. The sky blues sit in 12th position and have scored in all of their last five games. A torrid display at home against Tranmere over the weekend, will make Coventry come out lively in this game. Their opponents, Rotherham will prove to be tough opposition though. Rotherham are eager for promotion and have shown fine form in their last five games. Both teams have shown a common trait, the ability to score and the ability to concede on a frequent basis.

TORQUAY V PLYMOUTH 4/5

It’s a midweek derby on the coast of England on Tuesday and Torquay in particular will be looking to bounce back after a 2-1 defeat against Accrington Stanley. Torquay will also be in search for goals and three points as they sit in the relegation zone in 23rd position, holding only a two-point gap above Northampton. Plymouth on the other hand, are doing far better compared to last seasons performance. The pilgrims come into this game with a recent home win under their belt, clinched over the weekend, defeating the Daggers 2-1, which puts the green army slap bang in mid table, 14th position. A Devonshire derby that will be lacking sunshine, but won’t be lacking goals, as both teams will be looking to improve, especially the yellow side, Torquay United.

BURY V HARLTEPOOL 8/11

Hartlepool have witnessed a huge turnaround as of late, they now lie in 12th position, only three points off the play off places. Bury will be Hartlepool’s opponents on Tuesday, whom have found the football league, very difficult for another season running. Bury have found it hard to carve out results, and most recently a draw was best against AFC Wimbledon. Both teams have scored in four games of their last five games.
