Welcome all to the Zurich Classic from the TPC Louisiana. This event dates back to the 20's and 30's although it has been played at this course since 2005. Jason Dufner got the win here last after a two hole playoff versus Ernie Els.

This is a 7425 yard par 72 that will offer some birdies for those who are able to drive the ball well and hit greens. Last year players also had trouble with proximity so we'll look at those stats. Large Bermuda greens on the Pete Dye design will have us look at putting numbers. With nearly 100 bunkers and 5 water hazards players will need to use good course management. Dufner and Els scored -19 through 72 holes as the course played the easiest it has since being host meaning scoring average and par breaker stats will also be key.

The field will be interesting this week as we have only 4 players in the top 20 WGR. 14 y/o Guan Tianlang will be teeing it up with the boys this week. After making the cut at the Masters he is now able to play via sponsors exemption. Just another learning week for him we won't be backing him on too many plays. His game is impressive though, keep an eye on him, he'll have a great career on tour. Other notables in the field this week include another young gun who has been playing great this year, 19 y/o Jordan Spieth, world number 4 Justin Rose, Keegan Bradley, Bubba Watson, along with last years champ Jason Dufner.

 To Win

Jason Dufner 16.5/1 with Paddy Power

Jason will be back to defend his first PGA Tour title this week. He loves this course and has had great results here posting four straight top tens including last years playoff victory. Jason took T9 in '09, T7 in '10, T3 in '11 before getting the win last year. This season he has made 7/9 cuts and has four top 25 places. A bit of a slow start for the 36 y/o who will be seeking his third win on tour.

Keegan Bradley 18/1 with Sky Bet

Keegan has gotten off to a great start this year and will look to keep rolling this week. Before a disappointing outing at the Masters Bradley rattled off four straight top tens and has only missed 1 cut in 11 starts this season. Although he missed the cut here last year he is still in great form and will look to bounce back after his poor result at Augusta. Some of his key stats for this week, 6th Total Driving, 13th Scoring Avg., 3rd Par 5 Performance, 25th Par Breakers.

Billy Horschel 30/1 with Sky Bet

Billy has been playing fantastic golf this year and will look to stay in form this week. Just an amazing start to the season, he has made the cut in all of his 11 starts this year and has made the top ten in each of his last three starts. T2 at the Houston Open, then T3 at the VTO before a T9 last week in Harbour Town which is another Pete Dye track. He also missed the cut here last year but his game sets up very well for this course this year. Some of Billy's key stats this week, 16th Total Driving, 4th Par Breakers, 4th Birdie Average, 12th All Around, 8th Par 5 Performance, 1st Total Birdies, 14th Total Putting.

 Each Way

Brendon De Jonge 40/1 with Betfred

Brendon is a solid player who we believe will perform well this week. He plays more events then most other players and this year is no exception. He's made 11/13 cuts this season with three top tens finishes including a T9 last week at Harbour Town. Has made his last two cuts here finishing T21 in '11 before T29 last year. A good driver and iron player look for BDJ to navigate his way around this course more easily then some of the others. Some of his key stats for this week, 16th Total Driving, 11th GIR, 23rd Scoring Average, 2nd Total Birdies, 6th Ball Striking, 1st Par 5 Performance, 32nd Proximity to Hole.

 Jordan Spieth 66/1 with Coral

Jordan is having a stellar break out year and will certainly be in contention once again this week. This young phenom has made 5/7 cuts on the PGA this year with three top tens including a T2 in Puerto Rico. Also T9 last week at the RBC on the Pete Dye Harbour Town track. He game sets up very nicely for this course and with form very good of late I'm happy to be backing him getting very good value. This will be his 16th start on the PGA Tour, last he made 3/5 cuts and had his best finish at the U.S. Open on the difficult Olympic Club in San Francisco taking a T21. Some of Jordan's key stats for this week, 12th Total Driving, 19th Scoring Average, 31st Proximity to Hole, 6th Par 4 performance, 12th Ball Striking.

John Rollins  70/1 with Coral

John is another solid player we will be happy to back, getting some nice value this week. He’s had a good start to the year making 8/10 cuts with six top 25’s. John has had good success at this course and should be comfortable here. 4/4 cuts made the last four years, highlighted by a T7 last year. A good ball striker and iron player look for John to keep himself in contention throughout the week. Some of his key stats, 21st Total Driving, 13th GIR, 14th Birdie Average, 7th All Around,  9thBall Striking, 12th Par 4 Performance, 32nd Proximity to Hole.
